1. Definitions

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to sukowd.cam and all associated domains, mobile applications, and services operated by sukowd.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an Account and uses the Platform.

• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User into their Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use sukowd services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

You must be at least 21 years of age. sukowd strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Residency

You must be a resident of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and will access the Platform only while physically present in Indonesia.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You are not prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. All information must match official identification documents.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

sukowd is required by law and licensing regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You must provide identification documents when requested, which may include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Additional documents as reasonably requested by sukowd

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Immediately notify sukowd of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Log out after each session, especially when using shared or public devices

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. sukowd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your Account using payment methods supported by sukowd, including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from an account or payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed)
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet in your own name
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise agreed for VIP players

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. sukowd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction we deem suspicious. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal requests will be processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other players.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events, standard industry rules apply. Settlement of bets follows official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. sukowd reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or suspected manipulation.

6.2 Live Casino and Games

Live casino games and slots are governed by the rules established by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer procedures. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of clear technical error verified by the game provider.

6.3 Disputes

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games
• Colluding with other players or engaging in syndicate betting
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds from third-party accounts or stolen payment methods
• Abusing bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.

8.2 Termination by sukowd

sukowd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• You fail to provide requested verification documents
• Required by law, regulation, or court order

Upon termination for breach of terms, all bonuses and winnings derived from prohibited activities will be forfeited. Legitimate deposits may be returned at sukowd's sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• sukowd provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
• sukowd is not liable for any loss of funds, data, or winnings resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or force majeure events
• sukowd is not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party payment processors or game providers
• Users acknowledge that gambling involves risk and sukowd is not liable for gambling losses
• sukowd's total liability to any User shall not exceed the amount of funds in the User's Account at the time of the relevant incident

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming regulations and industry best practices. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Initial complaint submitted to sukowd customer support
2. Internal review and response within 14 business days
3. If unresolved, escalation to senior management
4. Final decision rendered within 30 days

sukowd's decision on all matters relating to the Platform and Services is final and binding.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

sukowd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to Users via email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
